Platte Valley Natural Horsemanship Meeting

April 21, 2013

In attendance:  Donna Davey, Karen Dunovan, Crystal ?, Laurie Goss, Arlene Morgan, Lassa Neilsen, Rex Neilsen, Cindy ?, Pam Carey

Motion was made to approve minutes as submitted from previous meeting.  Motion approved.

Donna D. is working on a new list of items contained in the library.  Discussion was held regarding the former deposit system for books, tapes, or DVDs to be loaned out.  The cost to replace many of the items is substantial if they were not returned.  A motion was made to allow Donna to determine a deposit and regulate who is to rent.  Motion carried. 

The bank records are now up to date.  A few old members were removed from the bank account access.

No report of anyone going to the Big Wyoming Horse Expo.

Will ask the Saddle Club for Tuesday nights to be set aside as an open night to ride as a group.   It was suggested that there be a 6 pm start time.

Trail ride dates were set up and can be changed based on weather.  Suggested for now are:     Talking to Merle Spickelmier about a ride in May.    June 30, July 28 and August 11.   Times and where will be announced later in an email.

Donna D. is going to check with Steve Sward at Minatare Arena in regards to using that arena for those that are not part of the Saddle Club. 

A motion was made to adjourn by Karen D.  Seconded by Lassa N.  Meeting adjourned.   The date of the next meeting is to be announced.
